We completed the HVAC and Plumbing scopes for this buildout at Sutter Mission Bernal Campus (old Saint Luke’s Hospital). This 25,000sf Medical Office and Central Utility Plant project was deemed immediately essential after the March 16, 2020 city-wide shutdown.

This exciting project included Rooftop Air Handling Equipment, condensing Units and Exhaust Fan serving the Medical Office spaces and Engineering IDF Room. The Central Utility Plant included a new Boiler, Domestic Hot Water Equipment, and associated Circulation Pumps.

This successful project was completed in Q1 of 2021.
